The rules for using Tipmkt as a customer or a provider.
What Tipmkt is
Tipmkt is a subscription marketplace where tipsters, betting robots and analysts sell subscription packages. Tipmkt does not accept bets, hold betting funds or place bets for anyone.
Who can use Tipmkt
You must be 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You must not use Tipmkt where sports betting information is prohibited.
Subscriptions
Packages renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the rules shown at checkout.
Providers
Providers must be approved before appearing. They set their own prices and Tipmkt keeps a platform commission (currently 25%). Providers may not promise profits or publish misleading claims.
Performance records
Tipmkt records and settles live selections independently. Past performance does not predict future results and nothing on Tipmkt is financial or betting advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse other users or attempt to manipulate records.
Liability
Any betting decision is yours alone. Tipmkt is not responsible for losses resulting from bets placed using information found on the site.
